At Fashion Designers Studio, each product—especially customized items—is carefully crafted by skilled designers. To ensure fairness and smooth order processing, please review our cancellation policy below.
• Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted, as order processing and designer allocation begin promptly.
• Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as they are created based on precise measurements and personal instructions provided by the customer.
• Production begins shortly after order confirmation, making cancellation impossible.
To request a cancellation within the allowed window:
• Contact our support team with your order number.
• Requests must be sent through official channels—email, phone, or chat.
• Once reviewed, you will receive confirmation of cancellation eligibility.
If your cancellation is approved:
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or promotional discounts (if any) may not be refundable.
• If a designer has already started creating a design concept or conducting measurements/consultation, the order may not qualify for cancellation, even within the 24-hour window.
• This will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on the designer’s progress.
We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Invalid or incomplete address details
• Payment issues
• Misuse, fraudulent activity, or policy violations
In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
