  2. Customized or made-to-measure items may require 10–20 working days, depending on design complexity.
  3. Dispatch timelines will always be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  4. Delivery time after dispatch typically ranges from 3–7 working days, based on your location and courier availability.


2. Shipping Charges

  1. Standard shipping charges may apply based on your delivery location.
  2. Any additional fees (remote area charges, express delivery fees) will be reflected at checkout.
  3. Free shipping may be available during promotional offers or minimum cart value criteria.


3. Shipping for Customized Orders

  1. Customized or made-to-measure items take additional time due to personalized craftsmanship.
  2. Urgent delivery requests for custom items are subject to designer availability and may include extra charges.
  3. Once shipped, custom products follow standard courier timelines.


4. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  5. You may track the shipment anytime through the provided link.


5. Delivery Attempts

  1. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  2. If the package is not accepted or the address is unreachable:

  4. Re-delivery charges may apply for reshipment.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

  1. Orders may get delayed or returned if the address/contact details are incorrect.
