At Fashion Designers Studio, each product is crafted with care by skilled designers. We aim to provide the best possible experience, and our Return & Exchange Policy ensures transparency and fairness for all customers.
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item was damaged during transit (must be reported immediately on delivery).
• The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, seals, and tags are intact.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Customized or made-to-measure products designed based on the customer’s measurements, instructions, or preferences.
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or washing.
• Products with removed or damaged tags.
• Items with minor variations in color, texture, or finishing due to lighting, screen differences, or handcrafted nature.
To initiate a return or exchange request:
• Customers must provide an unedited, continuous package-opening video showing the shipping label, packaging condition, and product.
• Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.
• Photos alone are not sufficient.
• All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being delivered or dispatched (as applicable).
• Requests raised after the 24-hour window will not be eligible.
Once your request is submitted:
• Our quality assurance team will review the video proof and reason for return.
• If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
• Once the product is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.
• Approval for return or exchange will be granted only after the item passes inspection.
If the product fails quality checks, the same item will be returned to the customer, and the request will be rejected.
If eligible, customers may opt for:
• Replacement of the same product.
• Exchange for another product of equal value (subject to availability).
Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer prior to dispatch.
• In case of wrong item, defect, or transit damage, Fashion Designers Studio will cover the return shipping.
• For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
• Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
• Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not qualify for exchange or return.
• We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet policy conditions.
