• We strive to dispatch products within the estimated delivery timelines mentioned on the product page. Customized items may require
additional time as communicated by the designer during consultation.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and courier service performance.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• For any exchange, return, or cancellation related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must provide an unedited video
recording of the package opening as proof. Requests submitted without video proof will not be eligible for approval.
• Return, exchange, or cancellation is not applicable for customized products, as these items are specially designed and crafted according to
the measurements and instructions provided by the customer.
• If any tag is removed or damaged, the return or exchange request will be declined.
• Returns are applicable only in the case of:
