Refund Policy – Fashion Designers Studio

Thank you for shopping with Fashion Designers Studio. We take pride in offering high-quality designer products tailored with care. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how refunds are processed.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

• The product was damaged during transit (must be reported immediately upon delivery).

Refunds are not provided for:

• Customized or made-to-measure products

• Items used, washed, altered, or with tags removed

• Minor color or texture differences caused by lighting, screen resolution, or hand-crafted variations


2. Refund Conditions for Customized Products

Refunds are not applicable for customized or personalized items, as they are specially crafted based on customer-provided measurements, preferences, and instructions.

• Once production begins, customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.


3. Mandatory Video Proof

To process a refund request:

• Customers must provide an unedited video of the package opening from start to finish, clearly showing the shipping label, condition of packaging, and product.

• Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.


4. Refund Request Timeline

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being delivered or dispatched (as applicable).

• Requests raised after the 24-hour window will not be eligible.


5. Return Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received:

• Our quality check team will inspect the item to verify the issue.

• Refund approval will be provided only after successful inspection.

• If the claim is denied due to non-compliance (used items, missing tags, incorrect reasons, etc.), the product will be shipped back to the customer.


6. Refund Process

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery

• If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, shipping charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.


8. Exchange Instead of Refund (If Applicable)

In certain cases, customers may choose to receive:

• A replacement of the same product

• A different product of equal value (subject to approval and availability)

Refunds will be prioritized only when replacement is not possible.
